Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking, except when PRE-BOOKING at the end of your service. This means you are booking a future appointment with our front desk staff at the end of your last appointment before leaving the facility. A valid credit card will be required and kept on file to secure the appointment. 

We are a cashless business. You may pay for your services and products with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept FSA/HSA for services. All payments are processed securely using our point-of-sale system.

Cancellations & Reschedules

A scheduled appointment at Skin and Body Goals MedSpa reserves the time of our professionals. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments via our website or by calling the spa directly at 346-217-9159 up to 24 hours before their appointment. After 24 hours, a cancellation/reschedule fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.

Service and spa appointment payments are nonrefundable; however, you may reschedule as needed within the guidelines established in the cancellation and reschedule policy. If you have prepaid for an appointment and need to cancel, your credit will remain on file for 30 days. After that time period, your credit will expire and no longer be valid.

Arrival 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment; this will allow you ample time to complete the necessary consent or intake forms.

As a medical spa, we require all new clients to fill out a medical/skincare history and treatment consent form. Paperwork and consent forms must be updated annually. 

All appointments are scheduled for the time needed to complete the service requested. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied and charged to the card on file at the time the service was initially scheduled. 

You are considered a no-show 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. No-shows are charged 100% of service costs, and no credits will be provided.  If your card on file has any issues and the service cost or applicable fees cannot be processed or rendered via another payment method, you will be banned from future bookings until the balance is cleared.

Return Policy 

There are no refunds for services at Skin and Body Goals MedSpa. However, unused or remaining treatments can be applied as credit toward any service at Skin and Body Goals MedSpa. Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your situation specifically. 

Retail products are eligible for a refund if you have had an adverse skin reaction. Returned items are subject to inspection by Skin and Body Goals MedSpa staff. All original product packaging and its contents must be returned within 7 days. Returned products may not be altered, and over 5% used or damaged. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on the same products or the same product types returned more than once. Gift certificates are not refundable or transferrable.

Disclaimer

For the safety and courtesy of all guests receiving services, children under 13 years of age are not permitted. Please put cell phones on silent. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

For the comfort of our guests, Skin and Body Goals MedSpa is a Non-Smoking facility.

We love having you as a client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

No treatment is promised to provide permanent results. A guarantee is neither provided nor implied.
